An Annual, hybrid Conference STANDARDS IN TOURISM organized by Georgian Tourism Association, invites tourism professionals to speak about standards and regulations from different perspectives;

The conference provides great networking opportunities and a wide range of world experiences. It brings together representatives from different regions of the world, professionals, and global experts, who are ready to share their experiences and knowledge;

This is the platform where representatives of the different sectors in tourism: accommodation, tour operators, education, state, and non-governmental organizations take part.

This is an educational event not to be missed if you are interested in learning from the best practices. The conference will include a Keynote speech to involve industry experts and leaders in sharing their practical experiences as well as, Inspiring the audience and sharing international experiences;

The event is about standards, regulations, and sustainable development;

The Duration is one day; Topics are divided into 3 sessions:

1 Session (from 10:00 am till 12:10) we talk about Destinations( DMO) and Municipalities, and how to regulate and manage them;

2 Sessions (from 13:00 pm to 14:30) topic - Standards and Regulations for the Hotels;

3 Sessions (from 15:30 to 17:00 pm) topic - MICE Tourism, what it is, and how to create sustainable MICE criteria;

The event will be recorded and the results used for future publicity and display.

The international conference "Standards in Tourism" is an informal networking event, where tourism business, state, and non-governmental organizations take part. The conference provides great networking opportunities and a wide range of world experiences. Each conference brings together representatives of more than 30 countries and more than 500 professionals, including authorities from different countries, who are ready to share their experiences and learn from each other. Some of them represent the entertainment business, accommodation, restaurant, education, and government sectors. This is an event not to be missed if you are interested in learning from best practices or taking marketing strategies from global experts.

Georgian Tourism Association is honored to invite you at 5th International Conference STANDARDS IN TOURISM.
Conference will be held in Tbilisi, also in zoom platform.
The event will include 3 sessions, according to the topics that we worked on during the last 2 years, you can attend all of them, or take a part only in that session that is interesting to you: DMO - HOTELS – GUIDES.

The conferences will bring together tourism professionals, including authorities from different countries, who are ready to share their experiences and learn from each other.
The content of each session will be different, so you could join all of them.
As in past conferences, there will be time for Q&A, connecting and networking.
