GTA was founded in 2006 to promote the cooperation between the tourism companies in Georgia, cooperation between private and public sector, sustainable tourism development in Georgia, accessibility of tourism information and country marketing, capacity building and quality management for tourism service.
GTA works in incoming, domestic and outgoing tourism.
Goals of Association is to be part of Sustainable tourism development in Georgia. We are focused on creation of new tourism products, tourism planning, infrastructure development (roads, informational centers, trails, Solar agency), environmental management, improvement of capacity buildimg and coordination of competing efforts in tourism training/educational on all levels.
