GTA Monitoring & Evaluation UNIT

GTA Monitoring & Evaluation UNIT will oversee the planning, managing, organizing, monitoring, and evaluation of relevant functions of the newly established Services and Products. The Unit will make an assessment process every 6 months after establishment, to evaluate the work of the Services and products Heads of Committees will be members of the unit.

MISSION

GTA Monitoring & Evaluation UNIT will oversee the planning, managing, organizing, monitoring, and evaluation of relevant functions of the newly established Services and Products; engages members in professional growth through activities such as conferences, seminars, workshops, and educational trips. The Unit will make an assessment process every 6 months after establishment, to evaluate the work of the Services and products.

STRUCTURE

The monitoring & Evaluation unit will integrate under GTA structure, which will oversee management and operation, monitoring and evaluation of relevant functions of the newly established services/products to ensure their high-quality performance. A Unit (service and products) established at GTA, will integrate into the organization chart; Internal processes, roles, and responsibilities for a Unit will be defined.

Heads of Committees will be members of the unit.

  • TAX and Juridical Committee
  • Incoming Tourism Development Committee
  • Spa, Wellness and Medical Tourism Development Committee
  • Outgoing Tourism Committee
  • Adventure Tourism Committee
  • Educational Tourism Committee
  • Wine Tourism Committee
  • MICE Tourism Committee
  • Hotels Committee
  • Standards Committee
  • Communication and Public Relations Committee

MAIN OBJECTIVES

Fostering quality enhancement of working process of GTA, increasing awareness of Association;

Establishing strong co-operations and partnerships between committees, contributing to the creation of high professional and healthy competition between unity members;

Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the newly established services and products. Supporting association in the working process;

Organizing a meeting every 6 months for better understanding and assessment;

Making recommendations for future needs and improvements;

Organizing additional learning workshops, to develop UNITY's capacity effectively,            Develop and maintain links with the tourism industry to strengthen collaboration between main stakeholders
