Doctor's bio-cellar in Kakheti produces Kvevri natural wine from the grapes of the microzone of Fafri fields.

The company "Lionidze Zvari" was founded in 2006 and since then it has been keeping the centuries-old Georgian traditions and cultural heritage. Our production of wine and strong alcoholic beverages is based on ancient Georgian traditions and modern technologies, which in our opinion gives us a basis to establish an honorable place in the world market in this field. This statement is substantiated by the fact that modern science is increasingly recognizing Georgia as the "homeland of wine".

The cellar is built of bricks from the last period of the 19th century, which have a cross and were referred to as "French bricks". The youngest Qvevri dates back to 1904 and is made by the famous potter Isidore Chubinidze, the other vessels belong to the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Interestingly, the oldest Qvevri of the cellar, which bears the mark of the shape of a horseshoe, is the largest and its volume reaches 4 tons.

Kvareli Wine Cave is a unique space of Khareba Winery, featuring a 7.7 km network of tunnels, a vineyard stretching over several hectares, a restaurant perched on a mountain ridge, and a spacious yard that harmonizes beautifully with nature. Guests who visit us have the opportunity to taste premium wines, engage in the harvesting and wine pressing process, take part in cultural and culinary master classes, enjoy delicious dishes, and unwind in a tranquil setting.
